At buddysoft.com.au, we take pride in providing high-quality paper products, everyday essentials and hygiene products. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

Please read our Return and Refund Policy carefully to understand your rights and our obligations under Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

Change of Mind Returns

We understand that sometimes you may change your mind after making a purchase. Buddysoft.com.au accepts change of mind returns within 14 days from the date of sale, provided that:

  • The product is unused and in its original, unopened packaging
  • The Portion of the Product is NOT substantially used.
  • The item is in resalable condition
  • Proof of purchase (such as an invoice or order confirmation) is provided

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will issue a refund for the product price only, excluding any shipping or delivery charges.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a product that is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please provide:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo of the damaged or incorrect product
  • A brief description of the issue

Once verified, we will o􀆯er one of the following solutions:

  • Replacement of the item at no additional cost, or
  • A full refund (excluding any shipping charges) to your original payment method excluding any delivery charges.

Returns Process

If your return is approved, we will provide return instructions via email. Please ensure that:

  • Products are returned in their original packaging (where applicable)
  • Products are not used, opened, or tampered with, unless they were received damaged or faulty
  • Returns are made within 14 days of approval

Buddysoft.com.au reserves the right to refuse a refund or exchange if the product is not returned in acceptable condition.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Please note:

  • Refund times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item was faulty or incorrectly supplied.

Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled before dispatch. Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled or modified. Please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel an order.

Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.

You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
