These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the sale of products supplied by BuddySoft (“we”, “our”, “us”). By purchasing our products—whether directly through our website (www.buddysoft.com.au), in person, or via authorised third-party platforms such as Amazon, MyDeal.com.au, and Kogan—you acknowledge and agree to be bound by these Terms.


Products Covered


BuddySoft offers a wide range of consumable and disposable products, including but not limited to:

  • Toilet paper, jumbo rolls, restaurant dispenser tissue, medical tissue rolls.
  • Tissue products such as facial tissues, hand towels, Multi-fold towels, centrefeed rolls.
  • Kitchen towels, napkins, wipes.
  • Disposable food packaging including burger boxes, plates, bowls, eco-safe containers, and paper bags.
  • Straws (standard, flexible, bubble tea), cutlery (wooden spoons, forks, knives).
  • Bin liner bags, thermal rolls, and disposable gloves.

All products are described as accurately as possible. Minor variations in packaging, size, or appearance may occur.

Orders & Acceptance


  • Orders placed online, offline, or via marketplaces are subject to confirmation and acceptance by BuddySoft.
  • We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, including due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity.

Pricing & Payment


  • All prices are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.
  • Accepted payment methods include PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Afterpay, and major bankcards.
  • Orders will only be dispatched once full payment is received.

Delivery


  • Deliveries are fulfilled via Australia Post and other trusted delivery partners.
  • Estimated delivery times are provided for guidance only. We are not responsible for delays outside our control (e.g., postal disruptions, courier delays).
  • Risk in the products passes to you upon delivery to your nominated address.

Refunds & Returns

We stand by the quality of our products and offer a 100% Money-Back Guarantee if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase.

Refunds

If you are not happy with your product and would like a refund for orders purchased through our website, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your product and we will arrange a refund. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the funds to appear back in your account. If you paid for shipping on your order, please note that we cannot refund the shipping cost, only the cost of the product.

Returns

If you wish to return a significant portion of your order, we will provide you with a return shipping address label. In most cases, we will even cover the cost of return postage. Simply print and securely attach the return label (after removing the original delivery instructions) to the box or packaging you received your order in, and send it back to us. We do not charge restocking fees or penalties for legitimate returns.

Exceptions

To ensure fairness and prevent misuse, please note:

  • Products must be largely unused to qualify for return. If more than 25% of the items in your order have been used, we cannot accept the return or issue a refund, unless required by law.
  • For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of sealed products that have been unsealed after delivery (e.g., unwrapped toilet rolls or tissues).
  • Our 100% Money-Back Guarantee is designed for genuine first-time dissatisfaction. Refund requests for the same product type will generally only be honoured once per customer. For example, if you try our premium toilet roll and request a refund, we will happily honour that. But if you reorder the same item and request another refund for the same reason, that second request may not be accepted (unless there is a genuine product fault).

Consumer Rights

Nothing in this Returns & Refunds Policy affects your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). If a product is not as described, you are entitled to a refund, regardless of the conditions above.

Product Use & Safety

  • Products are intended for general consumer and commercial use only.
  • Medical tissue rolls and food-grade packaging should be used in accordance with industry standards and relevant safety guidelines.
  • BuddySoft is not liable for misuse of products beyond their intended purpose.

Limitation of Liability

  • Fully permitted by law, BuddySoft excludes liability for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of our products.
  • Our total liability is limited to the replacement value of the goods purchased or as otherwise required under the ACL.

Intellectual Property

All content on our website and associated materials—including product descriptions, images, branding, and trademarks—are the property of BuddySoft and may not be copied or reproduced without prior written consent.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Victoria.
